Fashion week is always crazy and I barely get the time to have these little moments I enjoy so much in iconic places of my favorite city. In the middle of a crazy and hectic photo-shoot, I couldn’t help but beg Hana to take a break and go have an awesomely sweet breakfast. And, I have to say she’s the best partner for last minute crazy girl plans! We always get to have so much fun!
Where else than LaDuree? Emblematic, delicious, warm. Believe it or not, I had never tried the one on rue Bonaparte and I have to say that it has since become my favorite one. I love the asian-inspired corner with the walls filled with gorgeous embroideries and little gold details that made my heart stop. You absolutely have to check it out if you’ve never tried it before! If there’s something everyone loves about Paris, it’s these symbolic places that hold in so much history and love. I mean, this is why we call it the city of love, right? You simply can feel it when pastries and delicacies are made with passion, love and a strong savoir-faire. This is what keeps you going for more.
Talking about love, can you spot the little heart macaron? The perfect Valentine’s treat! Paris, JE T’AIME.
On another note, I loved wearing my favorite look from Basil Soda’s Spring/Summer 2016 ready-to-wear collection. Matching top and skirt have been strongly back in trend. I love that both pieces have the same print that is also beaded in some parts, you can barely see it, it’s really subtle. Nothing screams love as much as gorgeous jewelry and I’m sure you’ve all noticed my recent obsession with Viviane Debbas. Her angel wings pink gold and diamond earrings are irresistible.
