Here’s to a new body part to fetish. Next winter, get ready for the exaggerated silhouette. Our favorite street-style icons have been spotted wear this trend for a while already and it’s about time for your wardrobe to welcome the right pieces! I have to admit that it takes some confidence to embrace strong pieces that convey a sophisticated and dramatic effect.

While some designer gave this trend a boyish cut (Stella McCartney for example), others offered a sharper  cut with a bit of flounce (Balmain, Givenchy, etc.). The overall effect, regardless of the proportion inspires for strength and femininity.

I fell in love with this Nour Hammour jacket from her upcoming Fall/Winter 2016 collection. I styled it with simplicity, with my faux-leather Zara skinnies and black accessories. I went for a total black look to make the shoulders look even more pronounced. I love such versatile pieces because they can add an edge to anything we decide to wear. This pieces could also looking incredible with your favorite denim skinnies and your everyday white tee as much as it would stand out with your favorite pleated skirt and cropped top.
