Good morning everyone! Before starting by stating the benefits of drinking water, allow me to apologize for this little absence on L’Armoire De Lana for several weeks already. I got busy with my courses as I’m finally graduating from AUB ( Hallelujah:D!). I’m back for good!
Many people forget how much water is essential to our systems. The tip is to ALWAYS start your day by a big cup of water (room temperature), at least 30 minutes before your breakfast. Repeat this process before any meal throughout the day!
For years, dieters have been drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy. You should always substitute your drinks with water. Forget about sodas (or at least cut them down and make sure you don’t have more than a glass of fresh juice per day!)
Water helps your skin look good, it helps your kidneys, your body fluids and it works against water retention.
In my opinion, the trick is to always carry in your little a small bottle of water around. Try to maintain an average of 7 to 8 cups of water per day (a minimum of 2L, especially if you exercise!)
