This year, Chloe did it differently. And it was about time. I have to say this change and rejuvenation of the brand has been a long time coming. It kind of started with the Spring Summer 2013 collection but the Fall Winter 2013 one is simply genius. It was all for the independent woman, the contemporary tough and sometimes flirty girls.
For the accessories part, the satchels, lace-up loafers and hiking boots were my favorite. As for the clothes, I loved the very boyish leather Bermuda shorts, the suede patched colorful tweed pieces, the overalls and the patched jacquard fur pullover in boyfriend shapes. My ‘Coup de Coeur’ were the gorgeous white blouses with sheer and lace details. A touch of fire red added more strength to the collection and I was positively surprised about the use of linoleum green. All in all, It was all about a very elegant adaptation of the biker look for a fashionable winter.
