This look is probably one of my favorite ones of this month. I love that I was able to feel so comfortable and so stylish in harem pants. The sirwal is such a traditional piece and the comeback of oriental-inspired items to our wardrobe is something beautiful yet so tricky. We want to be able to style such pieces (sirwal pants, kaftans, headpiece, hand jewelry) in a modern way, giving these items another approach, pushing styling to another level. I teamed up with Aya Jammal from The Wardrobe Editor to come up with the craziest looks inspired by the orient for this month of Ramadan.
We styled it with gorgeous L’atelier Nawbar earrings, my latest Louboutin heels crush, our favorite Sarah’s Bag clutch and a gorgeous belt Aya spotted in her closet! This mix and match came to perfection with a pearl choker from Vanina and a simple Zara denim shirt. Yes, a denim shirt. The versatility of denim is just amazing and I love how it’s one of this summer’s biggest trends. I loved combining together several trends of this season with classics. Tying the shoes over the pants added a little twist to the looks. It’s all in the details. I hope you’re enjoying these outfit inspirations as much as I am!
I am wearing: Zara denim shirt, off-white sirwal/harem pants, a vintage belt, a choker from Vanina SS16 collection, a Sarah’s Bag clutch, L’Atelier Nawbar rings and Christian Louboutin SS16 shoes.
