Lips are one of the most important part of our faces’ features; this is why it is always important to take good care of them and learn how to make them look attractive and beautiful. In winter, we all tend to get our lips chapped and if I were to advise you all, I would say that you should remember to have protective balms every night on your lips to keep them moisturized. It will become a habit, believe me!

First-of-all, as you must know, there are two main types of lipsticks: glossy lipsticks and matte lipsticks. For the last couple of years, we’ve been addicted to matte lipsticks and no one even thinks of buying glossy ones. However, in 2012, things are different and glossy lipsticks and the gloss itself make their way back into our makeup bags. Some of you might still continue refusing this trend, but it is something to have between your makeup material as it only adds more freshness to your look; especially in spring.

A worthy note for women with thin lips, everything that is glossy will only add more volume to your pretty lips. Here’s a selection of products I’ve tried:

The perfect gloss shades for Spring 2012:

Fashionably yours,
