1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 and 3/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons of melted butter

the batter

How to cook them:

For each pancake, you have to use about 1/4 cup of batter. Cook them on a hot and greased pan. When the pancake gets bubbly, a little dry around the edges and slightly browned; you can then turn it and cook the other side.

Serving:

This recipe is for around 4 servinfs. Eat your pancakes with butter and maple syrup or any chocolate sauce.

I personally love them with nutella and a bit of nuts!

Irresistible!

Others also like pancakes with strawberry/blueberry jam! Let your creativity flow!
