Who doesn’t love fashion weeks? Personally, I’m specifically addicted to every single aspect of Paris Fashion Week! The shows, the crazy traffic, the crowded bars, the delicious desserts…everything.
I was afraid of not being able to make it this season as I got extremely busy with work at Beirut and with the preparations of my engagement cocktail. I was super glad to find few days in my schedule to come to Paris and cover a small selection of fashion shows for L’Armoire De Lana.
When we say fashion week, we mean very selective and specific outfits for each and every event. Yes, I do plan every outfit before leaving for Fashion Week. It’s very important to be organized and to take time creating the outfits and styling them completely before packing for la semaine de la mode. For Tsumori Chisato’s #FW14 fashion show that I covered for Piaff Boutique, I chose to go all black, keeping the runway sweater with embroideries as the statement and central item of my entire look. I created a contrast with my neon yellow clutch and for more fun, I decided to wear only one of my pair of leather gloves. The more eccentric, the better!
I am wearing: exclusive off-the-runway Kenzo sweater with gold details on the oversized sleeves and an embroidered evil eye, suede and real leather leggings from Zara, neon yellow clutch from Dior and flat ankle boots with a buckle from Dior, one black leather burberry glove and limited edition mirrored sunglasses from Chanel.
Location: Palais des Beaux Arts for Tsumori Chisato’s FW14 Fashion Show, Paris.
