I’m again left speechless with Dolce&Gabbana’s designs for Fall/Winter 2012-13. Described by the designers themselves as being inspired by the traditional Sicilian Baroque experimented through new cuts and decorations, this collection has left everyone magnified this afternoon in Milano.

Anna Dello Russo, editor-in-chief of Vogue Japan was live tweeting and this tweet of hers says it all about the enthusiasm of most fashion gurus today: “@annadellorusso: Romantic Opulence @DolceGabbana @stefanogabbana show: just MAGNIFICENT!!!!!”

Baroque prints, romantic cuts, golden embroideries, black and white lace; everything to leave us in awe.

Love the lace socks with the shoes!

Domenico and Stefano never cease to amaze us. I’m in love with the second outfit, the silver and grey poofy dress, and the headbands, everything ! Every outfit is a chef d’oeuvre.

The only outfits I didn’t like are the simple black dress and suit. I didn’t feel like they fit in with the rest of the collection, they look odd.

But overall, this is up til now by far my favorite FW13 collection. SImply breathtaking.

  2. Those headbands. Those earrings. Everything is perfect!
