Fashion News: Make the cut, help fighting breast cancer

One Wig Stand is a Lebanese NGO whose mission is to help fighting breast cancer. I’m recently taking a media course at AUB and I’ve teamed with Ally, a friend and class colleague to team up with OWS.
“Make the cut” is the campaign they’ve recently launched. Their goal is to collect as many ponytails as possible to have a total of 400 ponytails by April 2013. 8 ponytails are needed to create one wig so it will make a total of 50 wigs!
L’Armoire De Lana has teamed up with few of the great Lebanese fashion bloggers: Fashion To Tracy, The Closet Clause, Closet Confidential and Fashionicia to build a sub-campaign and help OWS promoting this important cause.

I am writing to you today to shed the attention on this important matter. We’re looking for as many girls as possible to come to us to have their hair cut (a minimum of 12-15 centimeters). You might the chance to get featured in a great digital campaign.

I am awaiting your feedback everyone! Please remember, hair is nothing, it will eventually grow back so if you’re thinking of having a haircut, please contact me the soonest!!!!!!!!

Fashionably yours,
Lana xx
