Veronica Etro is one of those wanderers and always traveling designers seeking inspiration for her collections. She’s known for her imagination, love and curiosity for exploring new cultures, and that’s how a person can grow and improve aesthetically.
For this collection, she fused neutral palettes with embroidered Indian inspired sarees that took my breath away!!
- You might think that mixing and matching might seem the easiest exercise in fashion, while it takes Etro’s keen eye to get a subtle balance and restraint. It was apparent on the runway, where heavily white embroidered pieces clashed with colors like red, yellow and green.
- We can’t forget the high neck embroidered jackets for men and women. I loved it this season how almost at all the fashion shows in Milan, the designers fused the menswear and womenswear together.
- Shapes were fluid and draped over the models shoulders as its saree inspired, in smooth embroidered silks and crêpe de chines printed with bohemian Indian motifs and warm colors like emerald green, orange and red.
- The pieces had Etro’s signature bohemian allure, with neutral white, grey and blue hues, that gave a sense of movement and ease. Veronica chose to style them with over-sized chandelier earrings, a lot of accessories and flat shoes.
