Detox water


Detoxes have been in trend for a while but I can’t seem to give these diets a try. I tend to believe that I could never have the strength to spend 3 or more days just drinking juices without chewing delicious food. Recently, I follow my grandma’s morning routine to clean my body every morning before eating anything.
In a glass a warm water: I add a spoon of cider vinegar (an excellent natural fat burner), 2 spoons of lemon juices and a spoon of honey (to protect your stomach from all the acidity). You might not like the taste at first but you will get used to it. Drinking it every morning half an hour before your breakfast will help you digest your food and work on burning your body fat. It works!!!

    Or why not trying a cup of warm water with a slice of ginger and a slice of lemon. Drink it half an hour before your breakfast !! Very healthy and delicious !!!
